Sophie's Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 10.2oz. Jar of Sophies Old Fashioned Chili Sauce    Mild, Medium or Hot
  • 4 x Boneless chicken breasts or any combination of chicken pieces you prefer
  • 1x Onion, Sliced

Instructions:

Place chicken in baking dish.
Cover with onion and Sophie's Old Fashioned Chili Sauce.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or bake to your liking.

Sophie's Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 10.2oz. Jar of Sophies Old Fashioned Chili Sauce Mild, Medium or Hot
  • 4 x Pork Chops

Instructions:

Place pork chops in baking dish..
Cover with Sophie's Old Fashioned Chili Sauce.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or bake to your liking.

Sophie's Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 10.2oz. Jar of Sophies Old Fashioned Chili Sauce Mild, Medium or Hot
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef

Instructions:

Mix ground beef and Sophie's Old Fashioned Chili Sauce together.
Add oatmeal or bread crumbs to thicken burgers as needed.
Make patties.

Sophie's Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 10.2oz. Jar of Sophies Old Fashioned Chili Sauce Mild, Medium or Hot
  • 2 x 28oz. Cans of your favorite baked or pork and beans.
  • 1 x Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions:

Mix Together.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sophie's Baked Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 10.2oz. Jar of Sophies Old Fashioned Chili Sauce Mild, Medium or Hot
  • 1 to 2 lbs. Rainbow Trout or whole fish of your choice

Instructions:

Pour Sophies Old Fashioned Chili Sauce evenly over top of and inside cavity of fish
Wrap in tin foil
Place in oven , pre-heated to 450 degrees F, for 15 to 20 minutes
Uncover fish and continue to bake until fish is cooked through
